Are you sure your school is in the south? This sounds like an
oxymoron to me. But, maybe it actually makes sense, since
postmodernism is an idea whose time has went, and we in the South
always take longer to catch on to the zeitgeist.

I've been thinking about this too. I would think that the economy
might actually have a net gain because of gay marriage. First,
weddings are expensive. Second, divorces are expensive.
