Spamcop is not blockin any e-mail. It is simply listing "spam-friendly"
sites. In this case it is not question if site is "valid" or not. [What
is "valid" host, anyway?] If mail administrators at usask.ca left their
mail server(s) open to relaying you should blame them, not Spamcop.
