If anyone needed another complication to the issue of dichromate stain,
I thought I'd throw this in: a chemist once suggested to me that the
different colors of dichromate stain may be partly related to the
spectrum of the light source. I don't know how much sense that makes,
but I just remembered it and thought I'd throw it into the database, for
whatever it's worth.
