I do not get my news on-line, so no, I do not have a link. I saw it on
CNN or one of the other mainstream news networks, and citric acid was
on a list (with a number of other equally innocuous items) that was
both shown on-screen and read by the talking head. If I recall
correctly, the story concerned a recommendation made by some US
gov't agency with anti-terrorism responsibilities.
