Cor, I have not found that to be the case, but I believe I do use my metals
differently than Keith. But platinum can only get so strong, unless of
course you use the ammonium based salt instead as it has a saturation point
that allows for it to be mix at .68M or .70M instead of the .457M for
potassium based.

Re. the paper I use Simili Japon, I think it's 225 grams (per square meter?)

Keith Schreiber mentions on his web side that it would benefit from double
coating..a bit heavy on the metal ..

..the higher steps of The Stouffer stepwedge, as well as the sky in the
image were paperwite after processing, so I guess it isn't fogging..

..Wattage I do not know, the airstream was about 10 cm away from the paper,
the air warm, but you can keep your hand in it, it's not too hot (I was
actually surprised that the emulsion can take it, I saw no fogging).

After the drying step (1-2 min) the paper was immediatly exposed

..until the shine goes to matte (say 1-2 min)...

What is a ul?

..microliter, proper symbol is ml 1/1000 part of a ml (mililiter), I use
micropipets

Try
