My friends did this and they had problem with pigment staining very hard
into the paper.
They made a second size with ten times more glut concentration than the
first size.
If someone with more experience could give me some advice in this question i
would be very glaad.

That sounds dangerous.
Use 2 % gelatine which should be drtied quickly. . Do not use
preservatives. Make up fresh every couple of days.
