Well, actually, I looked up my folder to see who used the term and
acronym together for the first time on this list. It turned out to be
you, as far as records in my folder is concerned. You've not only
heard but used that term and acronym, and you already added that piece
of knowledge to the community. Do you happen to have a copy of your
