It's Loris (abbreviated form of "Lorenzo" AFAIK).

$110 - $130 (for 8x40W lamps + 8x40W self starting electronic ballasts)
+ some labor (a fun and nice weekend project). I guess the price for a
20W system would be considerably lower (especially in the ballasts
department).

Have you tried to expose Cyanotype and/or Vandyke with Photoflood? I bet
Photoflood exposure times would be impractically long with those
processes (I already find the exposure times I get with BL tubes long
enough). Didn't try myself - just guessing / betting as I wrote - what
others think about this?

Regards,
Loris.

Questioning My Data)

Yes Lori,

I assume everyone would love having a plate burner complete with vaccuum
and light integrator. But if I may ask what kind of price your speaking
about for a BL setup? My photoflood bulb cost me about 7.50 USD and it
does the job and better yet it's a point source.

Yves
