I don't add Formaldehyde to soln. B because it doesn't need it. It's soln. A that is subject to mold grow, not soln. B... (for classic cyanotype, cyanotype 2 doesn't attract mold)

I observe some blue coloration in the first wash (that's for classic cyanotype, with cyanotype 2 there's no blue coloration in the wash) but it doesn't affect the intensity of blue I get. As my digital negatives are calibrated taking this into account + it doesn't stain my highlights, I absolutely have no problems with it.

Loris.

Correction!

I add HCHO to BOTH A and B solutions. Loris, it is interesting that
you do not add it to B and you have a color run. Perhaps, adding it to
B might might account for my observation of color conservation at
development.
