For what it's worth:

The going rate for teaching artists in Minnesota (set by the state arts
board) is $65/hour with 4 hours of teaching time considered a full day.
The state also assumes you would need a minimum of 4 hours of planning
for each 20 hours of teaching - also at $65/hour.
