Contact Printing Frames

I'm in the market for a printing frame that's large enough to print a
16"x16" print. I can't afford a vacuum frame at this point, so I'll have
to settle for a normal frame.

I'm thinking I'd like to get one of the frames with the springy metal
strips that twist into place (I apologize if this makes no sense...it's
difficult to explain), since it would seem that they would provide a
better contact than those with the clips around the side of the frame
(like those at the Photo Formulary).

Does anyone have advice for me as to which kind of frame to buy (and from
where)?
