Sorry, I have used these rollers with temperaprint but didn't notice any
white spots and/or corrosive droplets. Could it be that you have
overloaded the foam brush and/or pushed it too hard against the paper?
IME (and according to Peter's directions), one has to "load just enough
sensitizer" and "roll it in just one direction - not back and forth",
"not pushing it against the paper" (letting the gravity do the work for
you). I guess it should work the same way with casein (I guess these two
coating solutions - temperaprint and casein - have close viscosity and
probably casein is even more self-levelling copared to whole dichromated
egg).
Peter? Hellena? What would be your take on this issue?
Regards,
Loris.

If ever you have used a roller of that kind for decorating, the result
is a sea of tiny white spots. Used with a dichromate mixture those
corrosive droplets from the rollerwill be breathed in unless one wears a
mask.
Pete has taken risks with his practice that I would rather avoid.
