There is no mystery in finding the sinners. Though I am mostly a lurker I
have been somewhat inadvertently been one of those sinners. Outlook Express
automatically sends emails in html unless I specify otherwise. In Outlook
Express all you have to do is hit the reply button, then look under the
Format tab and it will tell you whether it is plain or rich text. So no one
really has to be "outed". I have found that most people send in plain text,
but there are a few who do not.
