How large was it?
I have learned the hard way that USP is the only
reasonable way for me to ship internationally, but
that is as an individual. I don't know what duty
occurs at arrival, but UPS, Fed Ex etc. are much more
costly 'up front' at the shipping end.
Maybe it has something to do with customs clearance.
