Someone has been sending messages like "get alt-photo-process
archive 9501" or "archive - 9501". It is important to get the names
exactly the same as in the index, ie. "archive-9501". Similarly, case is
important, so make sure you use "faq" and not "FAQ". (At least I'm
pretty sure case is important.)
If you absolutely have no luck, drop me some email and I'll
either work through the problem with you, or simply send it to you
myself.
