I like the comment by another reader that this is also a kind of research.

While you might be very experienced with this, from time to time (and in
the future) there will always be newcomers to the photography field or
computer field. They just need to be pointed direction. You can certainly
just tell them how to read FAQ etc.
I found that quite often impatience come with experience.
