feedback wanted on reminder message

Hi all:

I've written a new "weekly reminder" message. A copy of it is below. I am
wondering if there is anything additional people feel should be in this
message.

I was planning on setting it to run once a week - early Monday morning.

The automation is done via perl and cron so it should not cause any glitches
(unless I create them myself) :)

All messages sent through this list are archived and available to the general
public.

The archive is available online at
http://www.usask.ca/lists/alt-photo-process .

There are five basic rules for using this list. Treat everyone with respect.
Do not use profanity. Don't send unsubscribe requests to the list,
don't send messages with attachments, and don't send viruses through the list

About treating other list members with respect. I think this is VERY
important.

If anyone flames, swears at, or treats any other member disrespectfully,
I will remove them from the list.

I insist that eveyone treat fellow members of this list with the highest
respect. This list's success is dependent upon the willingness of its
members to share information.

If people aren't treated with respect they are not likely to share their
knowledge and experience.

I also realize that people will not always agree on everything. People are
free to dissagree, but this must be done is a respectful manner. Flaming and
name calling will not be tolerated.

About profanity. Its rude vulgar and unneccessary but more important - I want
the list and its archive to be available at public libraries, schools etc.

Many publicly funded instituions are required to censor any web site that
contains profanity. Insuring that profanity is not used on this list will
contribute to the list and its archive being widely available.
