The 2 sided Mylar is available from Clemson Variety and Frame. By the way, if you go there, ask to see example of the museum glass. They are also the only place I could find that could provide mat boards in 4'x8' size.

If the frosting does not cut sharpness that is a good solution. I would think that it might if the frosting is very heavy.

Where did you buy the frosted on both sides mylar?

What about just using the frosted-on-both-sides Mylar? Seems simplest.

I just bought a sheet of it and will tape it to the underside of the glass of the NUARC. Not that I had any newton ring problems.
