<< It depends on what you mean by "more" and "low" exposure, but if you
expose film sufficiently long you will start losing density. The usual
s-shaped DlogE plots will show a down slope in density if exposure
continues past the maximum density point. It is a form of reciprocity
failure that occurs at high exposure levels.
Perhaps this is what you are seeing?

Perhaps. I did suspect solarization. The strange thing is that after I lose
some densities, I regain. The curve for solarization for film does show that
the density would go down and then up again. Maybe my exposure did get close
to that point? And Dektol 1:9 could be too weak that it shows the peak at
pretty low density.
However, I also doubt that I had that much overexposure and that weak a
chemical solution, but I will do some tests and post the result.
