Did Dick's idea cover the world or just the USA ?
APIS was intended to produce the 'touch' element but admittedly it does
not happen very often; Lisbon 98 and Santa Fe 99.
For more frequent meetings I hope that we will be able to use Richmond as
a 'get together' site. The Bromoilists have their circle and Joyce Peck has
her alternative photography exhibitions. Peter Frederick, Randall Webb and
I all run workshops across a range of processes.And there is APR. France
certainly has a couple of worthwhile organisations as does Germany where
Klaus organises and runs workshops. There is also talk of a London based
organisation for professionals in this field.
But a list maintained as Dick suggests could be worthwhile.
