There's a scripting program called "Frontier", touted as a web development
system, that generates HTML according to templates that you would set up.
the Windows version is currently in alpha and the Mac version is up to
4.2.3. The advantages are that it is a scripting language and it is
(currently) free. On the other hand, I still don't know how to use it to
any significant degree. Nevertheless, take a look at http://scripting.com .
