I have also posted a new set of RAPP Sheets
(www.bostick-sullivan.com/rapp/rapp.htm) and have a new report that lists
folks by geographic region and country. The country list is a little
schitzy right now. We have folks from "Brazil" and Brasil", and "US",
"United States", and "USA." I have a preprocessing program and I'll try to
straighten out the synonym situation soon.
We're now getting close to 100 names in the database.
Karl Koenig has suggested that we put in a place to put in publications
folks are in -- good idea. And then of course, Karl wants a button for
Gumoil, that will be done soon as well. There will be quite a few processes
added to the button list.
I am in the process of changing my Web Service Provider and hopefully there
will be no problems during the transition, but if by chance, I happen to go
offline, do not fret, it's only temporary. My current provider is being a
stick in the mud about databases and such, mostly due to it being a IUnix
based system. My new site will be Windows NT and I'll have more database
capabilities. This both for putting up a commerce web page for my own
business and an online database for the RAPP files. This so people can
update information and not have to re-do the whole thing.
