Your suggested amt. of developer jives with my rule-of-thumb, ie 1oz
developer/10 sq in film so 3.5oz for a 5x7 (roughly your 100ml) and 8 oz.
for an 8x10. People often speak of using the max amt of developer in the
Expert Drums which easily provides enough developer for development and
then some to reduce oxidation.
