I have done quite a bit of hand tinting of platinum/palladium prints. I use
Marshalls Oils.
I use them on a dry uncoated print. I apply them with small brushes, cotton
balls, and cotton swabs.
I used hand colored platinum/palladium prints to illustrate my children's book
Until the Cows Come Home published in 1993 and The Platinum Gallery represents
a few of my prints so I guess they came out all right.
