Dick: Midwestern winters may or may not be humid, but they are
sufficiently cold that when the darkroom is heated to a living temp, the
relative humidity goes way down - 10% range like New Mexico. So it is
really a pain to try to get enough humidity to coat and print Ziatypes
in the winter here. For us, the season is just beginning. It is best
when spring is warming up and we have not yet turned on our air
conditioners. ;-) Jim
