DEAR DAN,
My local service bureau here in Barbados charges similarly reasonable
prices but insists that the finest he can output with his IMAGESETTER is
300 dpi?!?! Why can't he do the 1,200 or 2,400??? Same machine ...yes?
Different hardware or soft ware??? Or is he just too lazy to change things
from what is the finest resolution required from the graphic arts clients
who constitute the majority of his clientele?
    Please advise.
                                                CHEERS!
                                                    BOB KISS
