With regards to my earlier post:
As usual, if I looked first on the web I would
have found it to better describe it. It is called
a Krasnogorsk-3, and the web page is:

but the cost is 895.00, not 400.00 (I knew I wasn't
in the ballpark, there)
And it bears a barely passing resemblance to an
Arriflex 16-S (sorry, selective memory fog),as well
as being a wind-up version, (but a crystal motor is
available as an accessory)
