I live in the UK and ordered some Cranes paper from Silverprint last year.
After waiting a number of weeks, I phoned to try and chase it up. Their
reply was, "We haven't sent it".

"Why not?" I asked.

"We've been busy doing other things"!!!

I sent an email to their head honcho, but I suspect he was the person who I
spoke to on the phone. I seem to recall that I complained about being
charged carriage, and they waived this.

I haven't used them since...
