Supplier Silverprint problem

I know that you in UK and some in US buy from Silverprint. I have a problem some one may be able to help me. Last Friday I ordered 5 Bromoil brushes form them. I faxed a Silverprint order form to them listing my credit card and order. I than emailed that I had faxed a order and to send me a email that all was ok. I did not hear from them. Monday I sent them a email again asking if they received the fax order. They emailed back to me that they had received it but it did not have my shipping address or my credit card info. I emailed back at once about 11Am GMT all the info and the order. I do not like to send credit card info by email but I need the brushes and I did not want to spend anouther $ 4.50 for a fax I asked them to email back to me that they have all the info. I never heard from them I sent over 6 email asking on Monday and today. I have received no repl
 y AT ALL. What happend to the info on the fax order? Why could they not answer one of the email? I have never had a problem like this with the suppliers that I use. I am glad now that I ordered my copy of Spirits of Salts from Amozon UK not Silverprint even it is not a spiral. I would still be waiting for it. Have eny of you out there had eny problems with Silverprint? Does eny one in the UK know of a email adress for someone in charge at Silverprint? I just do not understand that they could not reply to one of the email I sent. I very upset as I need the brushes and I sent info by email that I did not want to. Thank for eny help you can give me.
