albumin- from egg or powder-

My students wantīs to make albumin, and U have search for a recip on the
amount of albumin in powdered form instead of using fresch eggs.
Somebody knows?
I have the nice book which Richard Farber wrote about diffrent
alt-processes but couldnīt fund anything about using albuminpowder
instead.
I run 17 weeks courses in Copperphotogravure with some workshops in
Gum,palladium and cyanotype. Itīs nice but sometimes hard too always try
to answer the students questions about all duffrent kind of processes.
