If you have a Wisner Technical that's one place that I would start. The Ries
should also get the boot for a Gitzo Carbon-Fiber (13xx). If you buy the
Gitzo in the U.K. and sell the Ries on Ebay you'll only come out a hundred
or two lighter. Lighter cameras usually mean less bellows and/or stability
(which are you willing to give up?). Checkout the following links for info.

Get the Gitzo from Robert White - as well as any new German-made lenses
(used would be a bargain also, but "used mail-order" - ugh!)

This is a link for a "Sherpa Cart" Ungodly heavy (made out of steel - but
you'll be pushing/pulling it not carrying it) but it has large wheels and
appears quite maneuverable.
