Albumen - Vinegar instead of Glacial Acetic Acid?

I'm attempting Albumen. I was told I can use regular white vinegar instead of Glacial Acetic Acid. My recipe calls for2ml (GAA) in 30ml water. Vinegar must not be as strong, so what would be a reasonable substitution amount?
