Randall, I know the one where you keep wetting the line to be cut with a
wet paint brush for a half hour or so, then tear it against a hard edge,
ie., metal ruler. IME that doesn't make as nice a tear as just folding the
paper a few times, creasing, and pulling apart.
Is this better?
