You need to be looking for Process Colors. In 3-color printing, many
factors can affect your final result. I suggest you might consider
investigating screen print inks. there are quite a few brands out there,
and when you ask for a process color,, there can be no mistakes.

Bright colors Vs. pale colors can provide you with full color printing,
but in varying degrees. I have seen flourescent process colors used to
create extremely bright 3-color prints. You actually have lots to choose
from.

As for which specific Winsor colors to use - there are several product
lines offered by W&N. I suggest that you ask them. Send them a message
and explain what you are trying to accomplish. Tell them you are
interested in their colors that come closest to actual process colors.
