I have to agree with Mitch here, Jon has been a very willing and
generous individual over the years, showing up on different lists and
contributing freely.

I too have been frustrated by small, boutique companies (Luminos,
Silverprint, B&S, etc.) and their inability to shoot back service,
prices, and materials. We have a genuine need for products, yes, but
can't expect them to be like the big companies. For instance, what has
Polaroid or Epson done for US lately or ever? You can call Cone
Editions, usual speak to Chelsea and sometimes Jon. Like B&S, they know
your name (if you call often enough);-}

They recently canceled a workshop (digital printmaking) I was to attend
due to low participation, I'm bummed out. I'd hoped to see firsthand the
new color stuff.
