Brahma,

I have AW Thomas's book. I was out of town last week, so I wasn't sure if it
was the book that you were talking about, but I just came back and checked,
and yes, I have it.

A couple of years ago, someone on the list was looking for the book and asked
if I could send him a xeroxed copy. Since I respected copyright very much, I
promised him that I would search for a used one here in the US. I couldn't
find one. I went to check with a reference librarian. She said the book was
out of print but that the copyright still hadn't expired, so I still couldn't
make copy. I asked her what I could do since I had the book and someone
wanted to read it and I had tried to buy it but couldn't find a copy. She
said she didn't know.

So I made a xerox copy and send it to England. I was just helping and didn't
make any profit out of it, so I guess it was ok.

If Dr. Kremer didn't have it, I guess I can send you a xerox copy too.

Thanks, Judy, for these interesting sites. Unfortunately, they don't
have the book. Either it's such a good book that no one wants to part
from it, or it was printed in a very small run. I'd be even content with
a xeroxed or pdf version. Have now written to Dr Kremer. Maybe he's got
 one on his shelf.
