Shannon,

You might check to see if the paper thickness lever is properly set.... or
make sure you are set at one direction printing in slowest mode.....

Also, you can play with different media settings and printer resolution.

One thing to check is to measure the actual vertical height of the printed
area and compare to the vertical dimension of the image in Photoshop... if it
is longer on the printed image, then it may have to do with paper handling...

Oh...did you run a nozzle check?
