There is something about acetic acid that UPS doesn't like. Some time
back I needed to ship a package of dye transfer materials to Europe, and
the small bottle of acetic acid added delays and problems to getting it
shipped. This was when I lived in Taos, and needed to drive 30 miles to
drop it off at another UPS location.
