Hi Clay,
Simili Japon 225gsm was my favorite paper for several years. The last batch
I bought however (about 2 years ago) was crap for Pt/Pd. Have you had good
results with it recently? If so, when and where did you get it?
I tested Socorro a few years ago and was surprised to find it disappointing
since I expected it to behave similarly to the Simili Japon that I was used
to. Interestingly, the last batch of SJ that I bought from NYC about 2 years
ago behaved much like the Socorro. Maybe I just got lucky with my previous
purchases of SJ.
