Thanks Judy, but I've been doing this for years tho' didnt call it Gum
printing as I've never mixed up gum, pigment and dichromate separately for
coating . I call it pigment printing which I suppose covers Gum as well tho'
who cares as long as you get results (success or failure) which count ?

Yes! ! .I have also used 0.0625% and upwards with good results. I keep
solutions of different strengths of Ammonium Dichromate as I usually
sensitize by dunking the dried coated paper rather than brushing on
sensitized solutions .

I used 2%, not by calculation but by hit and miss. I didnt mention the
ammount of dichro solution. It must have been about 100 ml then mixed with a
few squirts of paint. Why not try it?

BTW. That beach bum print was not a Gum print.Neither was the other one
of the old ware house I sent you. They were Direct Carbon prints containing
no gum whatsoever. Hope you found them interesting, and hope you locate them
eventually.They may be worth a few $$$$$$$$ after we're dead and gawn.....or
maybe before . Would appreciate at least 10%. Send them back for signing.

15 minutes but increased to 25 minutes for subsequent print using same prep
as first)

Ready mix Early Learning paint is probably obtainable in US with a different
label. But just give it a sniff. It smells like glue. Would love to hear if
anyone tries these low tech ideas.
Lets big it up for Gum. See you. John
