Oh, and another point. One thing to watch out for with the 2-ply drawing
papers (Rising and Strathmore): the plys can separate causing bubbles in
the print. The one-ply papers print just as well for me and have plenty
of strength to hold up when wet. As for surface, I find that Rising
plate and vellum are almost indistinguishable. Strathmore plate was a
disaster to print on for me, but the vellum surface is gorgeous.
