Hi Philip,

If the paper's ten years old, it has been sitting with the packet of
dessicant for a long time and will need to be rehumidified before you
use it. There should be instructions for that in the package. If not,
you can use the clamshell method. Take a small tray and fill it with
hot water. Then cover that tray with a another tray of the same size.
On the backside of the top tray, you may want to put a sheet of plexi to
protect the back of the paper from whatever residual stuff may be
there. On this, place the sheet of paper. Then, put this sandwich
inside a larger tray, and cover with a tray the same size. So you have
a tiny space that contains a sheet of paper sitting on top of a covered
tray of hot water. Leave this for about five to ten minutes, proabaly
ten since its been so long. Good luck!

Cheers,
Christine

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an
airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or
some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.
