  Your problem probably lies with the photocell you are using. OLEC makes
two round photocells: A PA710, and a PA710D. The PA710 is made for point
light sources, and is very sensitive. the 710D is designed for 1000 watt
quartz lamps, and is therefore less sensitive. The difference is a sheet
of exposed film between the cover of the photocell and the cell itself.
Cut yourself a round piece and throw it under the cell cover, and you
should be all right.
  Also - I don't have a manual for your integrator here (though it is
avaliable from olec). Many integrators have a small adjustable screw
beneath the photocell plug on the back of the integrator. This is used to
calibrate the integrator so that 1 unit of light equals one second of
