What is your printing process? Cyanotype? I once tried the spectral
negative method on Epson Glossy Film to make an ordinary silver print -
it was a disaster (Epson 890 printer + OEM inks). Perhaps I will have
better luck with cyanotypes...

Dye based OEM inks doesn't smear - I use third party pigmented inks for
the moment (denser) and these are problematic on glossy media.

Your good experience is encouraging: will definitely revisit the
spectral negative method.
