Go to http://store.ultrafineonline.com/index.html and look at their OPF. It does not dry as fast as Pictorico but is quite a bit less expensive. "Pizza wheels" will cause it problems because it does not dry as fast. Nothing you can't work out. If you have money to burn buy Pictorico.
