There's another factor also -- these papers change. For instance a friend
who used to use BFK for gum says it's no longer the same. Some of it's EPA
regulations, some of it's market, some of it's purely whimsical, but if we
don't know what "making" a given sheet came from (some suppliers have
stock that's several years old, & so may we) -- generalizations are doubly
dubious.
