DEAR DAN,
Some of the few things I miss living in Barbados are mollusks and
crustaceans! Sound DELICIOUS!
        Great photos!

Subject: Some new work from Maine

Last week I was fortunate to be invited as "Guest Shooter" to the
"Digital Landscape Workshop" in Maine
(http://www.digitallandscape.org). Fortunately for them, "guest shooter"
means something entirely different in Maine than it does here in Texas.
And yes, I thoroughly endorse these terrific workshops; it was exciting
to see such rapid photographic growth in the students.

During the course of the week, I had lobster bisque, lobster rolls,
lobster stew, Lobster Newberg, lobster omelet and lobster pizza. I also
had crab, muscles, scallops...you get the picture. A man will do strange
things when someone else is footing the bill.

I've never been one for "group shoots" when it comes to my own work
(though it was great for the participants) but I did manage to come back
with a few presentable images, both cliché and a couple hinting at
original. Some will be platinum and some pigmented ink. Take a gander:

Thanks for looking!
