RE: Time (and OT motorcycle commentary and URL)

To bring this around to photography, do you carry a tripod when on the
bike ? I'm trying to find some way to transport one that will support
my 5X7.

I haul my 8x10 around on my mid-aged Guzzi, an '83 SP. The film holders go
into the tank bag, the tripod gets tied across the seat and the camera goes
into a timbuk2 bag. Now this would not work with the "01 v11 sport, but
once I get the old Ambassador back on the road I'll have 2 bikes that can
haul gear. The ambassador especially, because it will be fitted with a
luggage rack that a Wixom trunk can be bolted to. If your into vintage
bikes, Wixom gear is the way to go, you could almost fit Jimmy Hoffa into
one.
