Subject: tri-color & oil print
.... still working -like mad- for my exhibition next month.
The oilprint (the dentist in Marrakech) is done with a base
of lith- ink Vermillion and to stiff it adding pure pigment
Cad Red 'M'.
The tri-color : a few of the famous terracotta warriors from
China (seen in MAASEIK Belgie)
Cheers,
Henk
ps: Judy, not only the paperbasket is one of my main
'targets'; also mixing my colors can end up in a real mess...

These are beautiful, Henk. I love looking at your work; thanks
for posting these. I especially like the one-color.
Was it just
one coat, one color, or multiple coats, one color?
Ditto ditto ditto on Diana's praise... plus a question...
Henk: you
say if you don't like the color you've mixed "down the drain."
Does that mean you can tell from the mix before printing, or do you
mean after you've done a coat? I find the color seems to
change after
exposure and development... (tho that may be just my eyesight).
And the Paris street scene was one coat only? Wow !
best & again, kudos...
