This time I went back to the beginning and broke out yahoo and google from each other, as there seems to be a significant contingent who don't like yahoo but are okay with google. If someone said they were okay with either yahoo or google, I put them in both groups, if they just mentioned one, I put them in the one group. In an official survey, people would have an opportunity to express their own preference for either or both. Again, not an official count, just an attempt to summarize opinions. And again, not a large enough sample to draw any conclusions from, just a sampling of those who chose to express oopinions publicly. If an institutional solution isn't found to ensure continuation under our present mission, and the community needs to make a decision, I favor using the survey software that's been suggested, and encouraging everyone to vote.
